Water temp 100°C (boiling)
Grind Coarse
Time 4 min steep, no plunge
- Add coarse coffee. Pour all water, ensure all grounds are saturated.
- Wait 4 minutes. Skim crust and stir. Let grounds settle 5–8 minutes.
- Place lid so plunger sits on top of liquid (do not plunge). Pour gently.
No plunge = less silt and cleaner cup. Coarse grind is essential.
